Hi, I'm Justin. I'm a learning leader with 20 years of experience building education programs that improve performance and contribute to measurable business results. My work sits at the intersection of learning, product strategy, customer experience, and business growth.
I currently serve as Senior eLearning Evangelist at Adobe, where I help organizations think more strategically about learning ecosystems, product adoption, and business impact. I connect customer needs, product strategy, and industry trends to demonstrate how AI-powered, experience-led learning can come to life through Adobe Learning Manager. Through keynotes, demos, and thought leadership, I try to make complex ideas practical and useful for the people responsible for putting them into action.
Before joining Adobe, I helped build customer education programs at several of the world's most recognized technology companies. At Twitter, I led the global strategy for Flight School, an advertiser education platform that reached 150,000 monthly active learners. The program offered more than 30 courses in nine languages, issued 30,000 certifications, maintained an NPS above 45, and contributed to more than $5 million in annual advertising revenue.
At Walmart, I helped launch Marketplace Learn, a centralized learning ecosystem that brought seller education together across the platform. As part of that work, I led the development of Seller Academy and produced more than 50 video tutorials for over 200,000 marketplace sellers. Within its first year, the platform reached 137,000 monthly active users and grew 41 percent year over year.
Earlier in my career, I was part of the team that created more than 100 online courses for LinkedIn Learning, CreativeLive, and Pluralsight. Those courses reached millions of learners around the world and gave me a strong foundation in design, storytelling, and multimedia production. That experience still shapes how I approach learning strategy today, especially when it comes to making complex ideas clear, relevant, and easy to apply.
Over time, I began to notice the same challenge across organizations. Customer education programs often start with a few useful resources, then expand into a disconnected collection of courses, webinars, documentation, and certifications. That observation led me to develop The Academy Engine, a framework for designing customer education as a coordinated system that supports product adoption, customer retention, and long-term growth.
I regularly speak at events including Adobe Learning Summit, Learning Technologies UK, and ATD. My keynotes explore AI, employee experience, creativity, and the changing role of learning, with an emphasis on practical frameworks organizations can use to improve adoption and performance. Regardless of the audience or platform, my goal is to help people build learning systems that are genuinely useful and connected to the work people need to do.
